As a dark obsession between the peaceful green pearl island, Phu Quoc Prison is a true testament to the fierce war. Just visiting and looking is enough to make visitors shudder about the brutality and cruelty that the prisoners here have suffered. Across prison camps are 10 to 15 layers of barbed wire fence, solid and dense protection system. Here you will have the opportunity to face images simulating the prison scene, torture crueler than the Middle Ages. A series of extreme figures like nailing into hands, feet, and head; burning red firewire stabbed into the skin, chiseled teeth, covered the cover of boiling water or poured charcoal fire, tossed into the pan of boiling water, burned alive, buried alive.
The southern part of the island also attracts tourists thanks to Japanese pearl farms. Some beautiful beaches in the south that you can’t miss on this street are Bai Sao – one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc. White sandy beach stretches, smooth waves, peaceful blue water radiates appeal to all visitors. Sao Beach is also the most ideal place for you to watch the sunset or dawn, the scene at that time is very romantic and poetic, a little bit sad but very beautiful.

2. North Island road
The North Island road may take a lot of your time to be examined. Following this road, you will reach Ong Lang beach – a quiet beach and named the most beautiful sunset view on Ngoc island. The northern TL4 also brings you to paradise for fun at Vinpearl Land, Vinpearl Safari and Ganh Dau “Noise”. Standing at this point, you can zoom out to see the mountains of Campuchia, the atmosphere here is pure, the wild landscape is all simple.
The scene was completely different when the fishing boats returned, this place became more busy and bustling than ever. The interesting thing is that you can ask the fishermen to go out to sea with the next trip, experience the feeling of standing on the waves, pulling the net catch full of fresh fish.
From Ganh Dau “Noise”, go straight to Suoi Cai road, take another 15 km to go to Rach Vom fishing village. This is a peaceful place on Phu Quoc pearl island. This place is quite small with more than 170 households living by fishing. The picture of the fishing village is full of hot and cold colors, with the color of the sky, the color of the sun, the color of the sea and the color of the green coconut palms.
3. The North Pole Road
From Duong Dong town center, you go nearly 40km more to the Cape Trau nose. This road is not flat but it will be an unforgettable experience for those who love phượt. From Rach Tram fork to reach Cape Trau Located, you have to go another 8 km for the entire red dirt road with dozens of potholes, elephant drive, dozens of mud holes, muddy pits. You cross 2 km of quicksand, 1 km further to the coastline, and even swim through a small new river.
It sounds like this road is quite difficult and difficult, but don’t be discouraged because any difficulty will be rewarded. The natural landscape at the northern end of the island is considered the most majestic and beautiful. This place has a conservation area of Phu Quoc primeval forest, so all roads are green trees spread across the headline, dozens of tall melaleuca trees turn the wind in the rhythm of rolling wheels, feeling immense when blended into the mountains and forests, not everywhere you have the chance to experience.
The northernmost road also takes you to Rach Tram fishing village – a remote and quite isolated fishing village of Phu Quoc island. Here, the mud in the forest follows rivers and streams, so the sea water is not the same as other beaches, but the sky here seems greener, the smell of the sea is still strong, the sand is still smooth, cheap and fresh seafood. That is enough to keep the tourists looking here.
4. The road through the forest
The road through the forest will give you the feeling of being fully blended with nature, where the wind blowing through the primeval forest is heard everywhere, the sound of animals echoing in the distance, the sound of rocky waves echoing, .. all the clear sounds have created the most beautiful and most discoverable street in the pearl island.
Going on this road frame, Ham Ninh fishing village appears on the east coast of the island, after that is the high mountain before it is the wide sea. You will admire the Ham Ninh mountain 300 m high behind the fishing village. This land is truly favored by mother nature, with enough rocks, mountains, forests, sand, sea, fresh fruits and seafood. Of course, it is impossible to ignore the specialty of Ham Ninh crab – the dish has long been a brand for this beautiful area.
On this road through the forest there is a very beautiful beach, it is Thom beach. If you want to go from Ham Ninh to here, you go around the Rach Vom fishing village for about 60 km. The road is quite laborious because the road is very inconvenient with many potholes, but the result is absolutely worth it. On the way, if you are lucky, you will encounter wild animals, where Thom beach appears with beautiful scenery, pretty narrow sand, shallow sea but many reefs, not suitable for swimming but selfie virtual life is great.
